I’ve listened to both songs, they are completely different.

Same title (You can’t copyright a title), same subject matter, but different tempo and style.

One is Country Music style, and the other is Pop music style.

I have met Vince and the Valiants and even sang part of a song with him one time.

But they didn’t have a case. Two songs shared the same name, and that’s all...............
