Uh, no. No government building, ship, road, etc. should be named after a living person. We are a republic, not a monarchy.
But if someone wanted to start sketching out a future addition to Mt. Rushmore, I wouldn’t be against that.

Good! We must Honor Trump while we still have him. The day will come when many will see his greatness. I predict that when he leaves office—people will carve his face on mountains, towns will change their name to Trump, and upon his death, his face will be placed on the new five dollar coin. And, a powerful battleship-carrier will be named for him, launched by Melania herself. His Tomb and library in Mir-a-lago will be a much visited tourist site. In the years to come Senator Baron Trump will run for office and win the presidency.
