What we need to do is protest in front of Roberts house and say -

“I want to tell you Roberts, I want to tell you Barrett...You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

Apparently it’s legal now to say that to a SCOTUS judge.

and all for what? a pay check and some perks? none of which will help save him in the long run, he’s slipped quite far down the slippery slope already and isn’t even wanting to be saved.

There are something like 125 of these “disagreements”. Doesn’t sound like disagreements. Sounds like obstruction and rebellion against the President trying to perform his executive duties.

When I first heard of CJ Roberts representing his client and friend, Judge Boasberg, my immediate reaction was that it is great because it now taints anything CJ Roberrts does and necessitates him recusing from hearing anything out of Boasberg’s court. Maybe even more. If no recusal, then impeachment is in line for CJ Roberts.

Just sayin’

Roberts should be forcing Boasberg’s recusal for the gross conflict of interest he has via his daughter who is soaking up funds for defending illegal alien criminals and gangsters. To preempt calls for impeaching Boasberg, maybe the Chief Justice could do his job disciplining the federal judiciary.

Congress voted to give our money away.

Presidents don’t have structural impoundment power.

If Congress voted $50 million to pervert Ugandan teenagers, the money has to be handed out.

Or at least one of the over 300 Republicans in Congress might work a fraction as hard as an ~80-year-old man in the Oval Office and throw a bill in the hopper to repeal the funding.

I'll go with Attorney Levin and President Trump on this one. Besides, through Doge, rampant fraud is now documented; the president doesn't have an obligation to protect fraud.

Seeing Justice Roberts' dirty fingerprints on this issue (1985 - see below) makes me think the deep state has been consciously shifting the executive power to Congress for quite some time now.

The Impoundment Control Act of 1974 grants Congress the authority to reexamine executive branch withholdings from the budget. In a 1985 memorandum, Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts argued that the executive branch has no authority to block such spending, and that “impoundment is not a promising avenue for resolving budget disputes with Congress on any significant scale.” He also urged that the power could not be wielded under “normal” circumstances.
