How is the yes or no question of the headline misleading?
Do you not understand the meaning of fugitive?
Has she been charged of a crime? Is she actively evading law enforcement?
The answer to those questions is no, as far as I know. So, the answer, if my belief is correct, then the answer is clearly no, she is not a fugitive from justice.
Note that I did not say that she isn't guilty of the rumors that have been persistent for years now. But to say she is a fugitive from justice, is not true. If you know differently, then enlighten me of her charges & her active evasion of facing these charges. That's why I said the headline is misleading. There was no mention of her being charged or her evading law enforcement in the video I watched. In fact, the video seemed to imply that her status needs to be seriously examined, and that he has the receipts that need to be examined. So far, he says that evidence has been brushed off. Now my memory is not one of photographic, so my statements are of how my memory is trying to repeat it. I may be incorrect. Ah, the joys of aging. 😋
