All Hail Lower Egg Prices – Swamponomics
Liberty Nation News ^ | 03/15/2025 | Andrew Moran

Breakfast lovers are clucking about the latest US Department of Agriculture (USDA) data. Leftists in Washington and mainstream media have been clutching their eggshells over soaring prices, blaming President Donald Trump for an issue dating back to 2023. However, much like every other strategy employed by progressive lawmakers these days, the plan is backfiring as the eggflation tragedy fades. Egg Prices Falling

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, egg prices surged more than 10% in February and are up more than 58% over the last 12 months. However, this is a lagging indicator because daily USDA figures suggest that egg prices have crashed over the previous week. After peaking at above $8 per dozen earlier this month, egg costs have tanked more than 40% to below $5.

Egg prices are now at a three-month low and are cheaper than when Trump returned to the White House.

I find it passing strange that flocks in Canada and Mexico seem to be immune to bird flu...

Biden had whole flocks destroyed...if they found one bad one.

AND....cooking to 160 degrees destroys the virus...so cooking the eggs and/or chicken takes care of that.

This is Biden's stupidity.

Outbreaks can be regional in scope. Use the current outbreak of measles. Seems to be more prevelent in Alaska, California, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York City, New York State, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Vermont, and Washington. Same for the bird flu.

Egg prices are now at a three-month low

Tell that to Walmart. Their egg prices are still at their highest.

It wasn’t stupidity, it was spite.

I’m seeing the same. Wal-Mart egg prices have not come down here in SE Wisconsin. They still want $9.12 for 18 ct extra large. The Woodman’s market here simply just stopped selling the 18 count cartons they were charging $13 for. I guess too many complaints.

The Mexican chickens are easy to spot because they are the ones donning sombreros and shoulder slung gun belts.

First the psychos try to kill us with their toxic Vaxes and then they go after our food supply. For a few dollars they could have treated the water supply and living areas of hens in the poultry industry with chorine dioxide, but they rushed to euthanize millions of chickens instead. This is our government at its finest. Yes, it’s strange the bird flu is mostly U.S. based, but don’t be looking for an answer from your government where chorine dioxide treatment protocols might have prevent the mass kill off of our hens.

At Sam’s they are 24 for <$8. Of course I am in Arkansas which is basically like living in a chicken coop. There are so many chicken growers. Tyson is headquartered here.

So do i , I also find it strange when egg prices at local store drop from $13 to $4.50 a dozen over night. Something more was going on during Biden administration.

“Outbreaks can be regional in scope.”

It’s like a kid getting measles in Dallas, and everyone is Dallas is killed to prevent the spread of measles in Dallas.

Fuel and egg prices in East Tennessee have not dropped. Fuel had a 10 cent spike but are still at the same level as Fall.

Where in the country is this so-called egg price drop? Certainly not here in New Hampshire.

The Democrats would start winning more battles if they would make one adjustment. Instead of focusing on winning they should focus on following the truth. Their obsession with Power causes them to focus on always having to win and as a result they often get exposed as liars and/or corrupt & then they almost always lose. They arent going to listen to me due to this obsession with power and winning. Thus, they will just continue to be deranged hateful people who cannot be trusted to have power due to their dishonesty and corruption.

The egg crisis has abated here in SC. Previously only the expensive range free eggs were on the shelves. Now normally priced eggs are back in stock.
