Not just the gut, over the long term. Everything works towards the skin.

Tart Cherry juice is very bitter. Not the easiest juice to drink for the average person. It’s probably very good for you, but be forewarned, it’s no Hawaiian Punch.

I used to drink a concoction that included concentrated cherry juice. It was a little bitter, but I loved it. Not cheap. If I drank, I think it would be good in vodka.

2 glasses of real cherry juice a day, will cost you 25-30 bucks a week. Can I drink 3 glasses of cherry kool-aid instead?

I wonder if ivermectin or some other off patent dirt cheap drug would be effective as well.

Cherry Juice is as close to a miracle as you can get when it comes to gout. Now, I usually take two tart cherry capsules a day to control the gout, but sometimes I do have a flareup. When I do, I always keep a fresh bottle of tart cherry juice in my kitchen cabinet.
If I have a gout flare up (which is EXTREMELY RARE, given my preventive capsules) I take a cup of the juice and in HOURS, I start to feel better. The pain and pressure start to recede almost immediately; within 20 minutes on average. I drink it until the pain is completely gone, which is about a day. Can sleep at night without the painful throbbing and redness.
Yes, I think it's God's perfect Rx for gout.

I drink about 10 oz for gout. They don’t tell you that 2 glasses is about 250-300 calories. Probably as much sugar as a coke. Maybe it’s fructose but still a lot of sugar.
