Put an agreed upon billion dollar fine (held in escrow') on any country shipping weapons to the Z Man and you might have a point. Ukraine's a corrupt country that helps 'the elites' of the world. A group not the least bit trustworthy.

There would have to be a serious agreement to an agreement to even start a ceasefire. How about a 14 day ceasefire that can be renewed or not? And everything's on the table.
