Two common stories make me wonder about the psychology of the people doing something, one is this, the sick impulse to spread ones body fluids to strangers, and the other is why so many male hazing acts involve playing with another male’s anus.

Being that it is china, I would hope they were appropriately punished to others think twice before doing this. Caning, imprisonment, death penalty - doesn’t matter to me. I am sick of these losers destroying life for others.
