This should be accompanied by a change in federal reimbursement policy that disallows physician recovery for services delivered to any person without a valid SS#. If these governors want to impede lawful federal policy, it should hurt.

Democrat governors have a “resistance” playbook created for them that includes draft executive orders to defy the administration’s immigration policies as well as instructions on deploying the National Guard.

Two points:

One: Federal government can nationalize the National Guard at any point.
