“Assuming it’s true, an EO would put any lower court on notice that their efforts would be in vain, so don’t even try.”
So, he ignores them but all the agencies still follow the courts. Does not make sense.

Yes, it does.
If any agency tries to follow the courts, Trump fires the agency head. Any agency head would know that now.
Fake news

Why would he fire them. He has not told them to disobey the court orders.
Separate but equal branches means just that. See Andrew Jackson comment regarding SCOTUS decision.
The country cannot be run when judges can single-handedly stop actions of the President. Applying reductio ad absurdum, what if Trump issued a declaration of war against an enemy - could a federal judge in Fargo issue an injunction to stop the fighting?
The underlying issue here is the ability of federal judges to issue nationwide injunctions. That is a relatively new development and badly needs to be challenged. Hopefully that will happen because this is NOT how the Constitution requires the federal government to operate.
Wouldn’t stand up in court and the SCOTUS would not back Trump on this.
Great, but he got to that just a wee bit late in the game because that position should have been made clear the first time a judge interfered with the Constitutionally prescribed executive responsibilities and powers of the President. And secondly, he intimated that he would abide by whatever decision the Supreme Court handed down. That was an egregious error for which he, all future Presidents, and the American people will regret.
If the Executive Order is real, it will have a number (greater than 14235) and will be on the White House Executive Order website and eventually in the Federal REgister.
Cuts both ways.
YES! I have been suggesting he do this for weeks, even before he took office. It is the only way to deal with these wacko leftist judges.
Sounds like nonsense. Trump would not need an EO to ignore a ruling by a federal judge - the legal issues with ignoring it would be the same with or without an EO. And I don’t believe Trump will defy a judge’s ruling - he’ll appeal the ruling.

But you stipulated that all the agencies still follow the courts. Post 42.
Why are you doing this?
Yep it,sure does. I hope it is true too, but reading the hesd,Ines, it sure sounded like a Babylon bee headline at first.
But beller usually isn’t known for reporting stuff that isn’t true. And something like this would be a whopper of a lie,if not true, and is someasily checked up on that she would be risking her reputation by posting if she knew it wasn’t true.
Use Firefox znd adguard- no popups, hardly ever (some will occasionally sneak through, but not many)
That’s not the means to stimulate the high court.
No you’re falling for the silliest thing i ever read. :)
That anybody is even asking if it’s true shocks me.
Whoa! Is that even possible?
