Well, Freepers?
Can he get Putin to accept this deal?
This is the most IMPORTANT peace deal I can remember in YEARS.
Donald Trump is taking a huge risk and can succeed.
I believe it!
I hope so, but I don’t want to be overly confident.
This is sort of like the West Bank. Two sides both think that an area of land should be theirs. Neither side wants to have peace until they win. Both sides can’t win.
War stinks.
I am more worried about Zelensky taking any deal. He doesn’t want peace because martial law will end and he will have to allow elections. He wants to hold on long enough to help impeach Trump again.
Of course but the real question is do you know the meaning?
A big risk indeed!
Putin once said he wouldn’t sign a deal with an illegitimate leader of Ukraine. Zelensky has been holding on to his power with martial law. I suspect that if the Ukrainian people held an election, he would no longer be their leader.
Right, pal.
Every time we are told Trump is finished, will fail, can’t win, etc, He proves them all wrong.
But, isn't agreeing to a ceasefire.
I doubt Putin will make a deal until he regains Russian territory currently in Ukrainian hands (Kursk?). Then...maybe.
He signed a 13% flat tax rate into law and has spent billions building churches.
A cease fire is very much in Russia's interests and the Ukraine's interests.
It is also in the Trump Administrations interest.
Trump promised an end to the fighting and he will have delivered after a huge amount of public effort. The Trump Administration and the Russians have likely already agreed to a framework to end the war. Now they have to get the Ukrainians to agree.
Trump has a delegation on their way to Russia as we speak .
(*News here )
Putin?
Probably Russia’s greatest leader to date. He has done more for the populace than anyone else that comes to mind.
Gorbachev had bread lines. Yeltsin was badly ill with alcoholism.
Hard to find anyone in history who was better for Russia.
Now, of course, Putin had the advantage of Rosneft and Gazprom, and those are certainly huge advantages, but that’s the luck of the draw. He’s done more for Russia than any other name easily configured.
Still a Communist at his core, just because the Soviet Empire fell doesn’t mean Communist died with it. It morphed into a many headed snake something new like Globalism, Environmentalism and even Black Lives Matter as not sure you are aware do you know who funded Environmentalism? The KGB and had operatives working the cause. What I am saying Communism has many faces now, some easy to spot and others are much more camouflaged in their activity.
We are going out of our way to bring Peace here, but if ETHIER side doesn’t we should wash our hands of it.
What is Trump’s risk? If Vlad says “no,” then it’s simply business as usual. Why we ever got involved is beyond me. We have no legal nor inferred commitment to Ukraine or Europe in general on this matter. Where the hell have the European nations been? All they do is kick sand in our faces. The Brits are planning on sending 20,000 troops into that meat grinder, along with nukes from France into Germany.
Communists believe in a progressive tax codes.
The official belief system of communism is atheism.
Putin is devout Orthodox Christian.
And, Putin opposes that and that is why the globalist despise him.
Hegseth is going to fix weapons procurement.
When he does, Ukraine will not lack for high-quality weapons.
The clock is not Russia’s friend. Russia has only a limited amount of time to fully recover the Kursk salient and expand its Donetsk and Luhansk holdings.
A 30-day operational delay via a ceasefire isn’t in the cards.
If so, Trump will give more arms to Ukraine. Better ones too. Biden gave Ukraine enough to defend themselves. But not to seize the initiative. Trump won't be doing that because his objective is to force a negotiated end to the war. And if he's required to give superior weapons to Ukraine, then he'll do that.
