Anyone who does not support terrorist organizations, terrorist regimes, etc. Those who did not support Islamic Jihad, Hezzbollah, North Korea, Iran, etc. or had anything other than glowing, complimentary things to say about Russia and Putin have been called “Zeepers.” Doesn’t matter if you also criticize Zelensky as well.

In other words, it is a pejorative without any meaning intellectually. Just like the Left does to label someone and not actually respond to arguments being made.
