It isn't a phenomenon restricted to just Crocket. Everyone of my black friends do the same thing. If you cannot speak ghetto rat you ain't black. My friends when they are with me or other whites speak regular newscaster English but when there are enough black people in a group they start talking ghetto slang. It's a culture thing. Crockett's in innovation is to do it in front of everyone. I guarantee you that when Crockett is at a DC cocktail party with no cameras present that she speaks regular English.

Also, one of the reasons why most black people think there aren't any opportunities for them is because all of the credentialed black elite have a lock on all the scholarships and all the jobs and leave the ghetto rats behind as a class. Therefore, when ghetto blacks say there are no opportunities for them. They are right. The black elite is just as scummy as the white elite.
