One former soldier and two active-duty U.S. Army soldiers were arrested over alleged schemes to send national defense information to China.
The Justice Department announced Thursday that Jian Zhao, and Li Tian, both active duty Army soldiers based at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington, and former soldier Ruoyu Duan had been charged for stealing U.S. military secrets. They were accused of stealing top secret hard drives, information on weapon systems, and documents on missile defenses to sell to individuals based in China, the DOJ said.

Tian and Duan were charged in Oregon with conspiring to commit bribery and theft of government property. Zhao was charged in Washington with conspiring to obtain and transmit national defense information, and for bribery and theft of government property.
Watch it go away and they get off with no charges after years of judicial attempts. My belief is that NOTHING will result from this show.

As has radical Muslims. America’s enemy within, the Democrats, have been working overtime for decades to embed our enemies without into our society. And then, there’s the criminals and mentally ill cretins from other nations that they’ve allowed to flood across our borders for the past four years and during the eight years of Obamanation. How anyone can vote “Democrat” and not know that they’re traitors to America is beyond me.

Two active-duty and one former US Army soldier have been accused of conspiring to sell “sensitive” and “top secret” national defence information to China, according to a Justice Department statement.
Jian Zhao and Li Tian, who were stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, along with former soldier Asian Ruoyu Duan, were arrested on indictments from Oregon and Washington, the statement said.
“The defendants … are accused of betraying our country, actively working to weaken America’s defence capabilities, and empowering our adversaries in China,” said US Attorney General Pamela Bondi. “They will face swift, severe, and comprehensive justice.”
FBI Director Kash Patel said on social media that the arrests were carried out by the Federal Bureau of Investigation “along with our inter-agency partners”, under Bondi’s leadership.
Patel also emphasised in his social media post that the alleged actions of the accused amounted to a “betrayal of our country”.
The Justice Department said that between November 28, 2021 and December 19, 2024, Duan and Tian conspired to secretly gather sensitive military information on US operational capabilities, including technical manuals and other confidential materials.

Bingo. As military a court martial could handle this in a couple of weeks. But, to do this would impose the rule of law and that ain’t in fashion.
If criminals are not jailed this admin is a joke.
No one will stop this treason unless they receive a life changing punishment.
Like Leavenworth, Gitmo or firing squad.
If they would fire and prosecute the thousands of FBI agents responsible for turning America into a veritable police state under Joe Biden, I would happily forego the prosecutions of these so-called traitors. Yes, we would gain more as a free nation by cleaning up or eliminating The FBI.
Where are the investigations of the assassination attempts on President Trump’s life? I’m starting to dislike Kash Patel. He seems to be in love with The FBI for some reason.
