Who cashed the checks or spent the $$?

They need to pay it back.

They need to pay it back.

They need to pay it back with interest while serving a lengthy prison sentence. Maybe at Gitmo.

Looks like they didn’t spend much money at all. Had a cash hoard of over $500 million of taxpayer dollars. Probably intended to be another slush fund. They need to return that cash to the treasury. This looks like fraud. “Price gouging”.

Depends on how the contract was written. If the government was paying to run it but the government never sent any clients, then it’s on the government. If you signed a contract to rent an apartment but you never moved in or moved out but still kept sending the rental payment, it’s not on the apartment owner to send back his check. But it is criminal if it was all a money laundering scam like everything else was under Biden and most likely obamy.

Wonder who ratted them out and does he have protection?

They SHOULD pay it back but they had a contract that probably didn’t specify whether or not the building needs to be occupied. If there were occupancy conditions in the contract then that’s a different story.

The ones who issued the contract and should have monitored it ought to be in BIG trouble!!! They should at least be fired for extreme incompetence.
