If an amendment is ratified it’s in the Constitution. So things pertaining to it are Constitutional. It was once Constitutional to ban the sale and consumption of liquor. True because in a fit of stupidity the US passed an amendment banning such things. Later reason prevailed and it was undone. Idiot ideas can be Constitutional if you can get them in there. Why not overtime? Basically the full amount of your normal pay is taxed, the 1/2 extra you get for overtime should not be taxed. It an incentive for more productivity from the work force
