Give Putin credit, he is exponentially smarter than the Euroweenies.
He IMPORTS foreigners as mercenaries and puts them on the battle field.
The Euroweenies don't import foreigners they just let them invade and once on their soil they don't put them on the battlefield but the permanent dole.
