WSJ is lying, they are not including things like the money Biden gave them to provide for Ukrainian pensions and the USAID to rebuild the electric grids.

President trump is talking in total, the WSJ is lying by only saying what was given directly for war fighting.

Not factored in is the cost to taxpayers to rebuild our military munitions after giving large portions of it away to Ukraine. I read that with the current manufacturing base for munitions it would take 10 years to replace about 1/3 of what we gave away. There is a need to build new facilities and train new workers. It would take a massive undertaking to get back where we were ten years ago.

The military industrial complex loves this. From what I read it will cost hundreds of millions of dollars just to get to a level to fight a war.
