“I don’t think that people have really figured out what to do yet, how to express themselves or what’s going to be the most effective,” said Tom Nunan, co-head of the graduate producers program at the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television. “It’s hard to be creative when you’re afraid.” Well gee Tom stop making woke crap, and focus on merit.

You notice how the “stunning and brave” people become “stunned and frightened” when they can not force their stuff on you?

another Trump-related movie — “The Apprentice,” a biopic that chronicles the president’s rise to power decades ago — still has not secured a streaming deal, despite two Oscar nominations for lead actor (Sebastian Stan as Trump) and supporting actor (Jeremy Strong as New York legal pit bull Roy Cohn).
The fact that this movie bombed in theaters couldn't possibly have something to do with its inability to secure a streaming deal, could it?

Hollywood is finished, the Oscars are this weekend and nobody cares and nobody has seen the movies nominated. And when Ai reaches a certain level, it’s going to take it over movie making which means no more need for actors, directors, it will all be gone, no more celebretards.

LA Times is looking for reasons to project fear. The one positive "Trump" movie of the two (if the LA Times is to be believed) is about the first lady, not DJT.
With Melania pretty much staying away from the fray, it'd be obscene for Hollywood to do the opposite and make a movie that put her in a bad light. So their stoking fear by using that movie as an example of Hollywood kowtowing to Trump the Magnificent.

Be afraid, be very afraid...
No one is buying the awful product you’re selling anymore.
Concentrate on making entertaining, compelling material that appeals to the widest possible audience rather than agenda-laden pieces for the coastal elites.
In the immortal words of Eric Cartman, nobody wants to watch “black and white hippie movies about gay cowboys eating pudding.”

Hey Hollywood here’s a clue. The days of “Put a chick in it and make it lame and gay” are over.

The only chilling effect on Hollywood is their own lack of originality, and when they just recycle an old idea, they do it badly, and ‘wokely’.
To: DallasBiff
Wow talk about utter projection. The only chilling effect has been the woke crowd censoring speech and cancelling people for wrong think for the last 10 years.

Or not.
