The shocking moment a mass brawl involving men, women and children erupted at Atlanta Airport has been caught on camera.
Viral video shows a dozen people throwing hands during chaotic scenes at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in the Georgia capital on Wednesday.
The passengers can be seen punching and kicking each other close to what appeared to be the Spirit Airlines departure gates at one of the airport terminals.
Several people stood on the chairs to launch an attack from above, while others grappled on the ground below.
It's unclear what caused the fight or how it was resolved. Atlanta Police Department told DailyMail.com they sent cops to the scene but the crowd had dispersed by the time they arrived.
Several bystanders caught the brawl on cellphone camera from different angles, and shared videos online which attracted more than half a million views.
One angle shows the carnage from afar, with several people standing to watch the drama unfold.
Youngsters can be heard shouting at each other as they hit out. Most were wearing hoodies and tracksuits, and several were wearing face coverings.

Maybe not for long. I suspect some of those Atlanta passengers will be banned from flying and have to resort to bus travel.
A lot of people prefer to "feed the animals" at the expense of running an actual civilization. Yours is the attitude that fosters collapse.
I say, "Insist that everyone learn and practice manners, or permanently lose privileges".
I drive whenever possible, and I can't afford to book private flights. I'd rather avoid the society you seem to foster. Have a happy visit with Zoo Airways.

I quit flying in 2012 with close to million miles on Northwest (now Delta) not to mention every other airline and military flights... military was by far the best outside of the old school first class 20+ years ago.
Today’s flyers are the Greyhound bus scum of years ago.

Failure to behave or the crew just does not like you, and OFF THE PLANE, ASAP.

I just got back from traveling, and I feel that I am done with this asinine, bovine, tyrannical travel processing.
Everything about it. I used to love flying. Just loved it.
Now, everything from the TSA jackassery to the airline seats that are so cramped you can’t even put the seats back has killed it.
If someone tells me it takes four hours of flying or four days of straight through driving, I am driving. I am done with it. Just done with it.
I’ll bet that was a fun flight.
