He had to leave the game because he knows that he wonโt able to make it through an entire season. Feliciano did leave the door open for a short-term return to action, however.
Feliciano wrote that the 49ers or Bills, who he played for from 2019-2021, should call him in December if they need him because heโll be ready for a playoff run.

December’s a good time for that. Play 2-4 ‘preseason’ games and then go for the ring in the playoffs. Someone will have to get injured though.
So I’m not the only one who read it that way!
Feliz...
You know that it would be untrue.
You know that I would be a liar.
If I was to say to you.
It’s time for me to unretire...

He can see better than most referees.
:)
Sounds like something Aaron Rodgers would say, hey pick me up late season if youโre winning and I might play a game and pick up that Super Bowl check.
I loved what he did on Feliz Navidad! ๐ต๐ถ๐ถ

Can you blame him? 49ers were ready to call Phillip Rivers when Brock Purdy went down in the championship game. Niners lost that game so it was unnecessary.
There is no way a guard could walk on in December and play anyway near an NFL level. Donโt care who it is.
I always liked his version of ‘light my fire’. ๐๐
He ruined the Star Spangled Banner in Game 5 of the 1968 World Series.

It’s been done often.
AFAIK, the NFLPA is strongly against an 18 game schedule. The number of injuries increases the further we get into the season. I donโt think a second bye week will make a difference.
Who? What guards have reentered the league and played in December without practicing all year and actually performed?
