The legal question...whether [1]a President has the ability to request that his Vice President return fraudulent or legally doubtful slates of electoral votes to their respective states for further inquiries... and [2] whether the VP holding the gavel at the Jan6 Session may do so with or without such request].

Pense has consistently and shamefully ducked the latter question stating that he did not have the authority to "overturn the election".
