Sales vs. listings yes.

All of the sudden, the DC market is flooded with homes for sale. That will drive the prices down and create a downward spiral as sellers get desperate. And as for buyers, who want to move to DC?

Out to be interesting to watch.

I’m old enough to remember when Va was a red state with a proud conservative tradition. Now it’s not just blue leaning but has a lot of those far leftist sickos.

Like hiding the fact a trans “girl” was raping teen girls in school bathrooms with his “girl’ penis.

Crazy I can even make that sentence.

Sigh…we agree on much.

Visit Orlando which was a Red town at one time before UCF and Disney with DEI only hiring expanded .

True, but they were helped by a huge number of NewYoricans moving down from NY.

A housing glut. Wouldn’t it be something if the sales prices all significantly reduced?

Have home prices taken a nosedive?

Without comparing to previous years then it is just another take on fake news. Show a similar images from Oct 2024 and Feb 2024 and draw your own conclusions.

I predicted this weeks ago. Warned some people. Sell now and move or watch the value of your house plummet. The actual value of some of these properties is 30% of what the asking price was 6 months ago.

Heard yesterday they’re moving to TX. Geez, we already had the wackadoodle Kalifornia invasion and now this. They’re determined to turn TX blue.

I am more interested in the ones coming available in Northern Virginia.

We need to take Virginia back and clearing out the liberal government workers living there is how to do it.
