The study found vaccines in general can cause an increase in these conditions, and COVID19 MRNA vaccines caused the highest rate, but it was still a very negligible amount of people that developed them. A case can indeed be made they are not as safe as other vaccines based on the data, but these statements in the opening paragraphs of this article are clearly not supported by the study - quite the opposite.
