There will always be the grifters and rabble-rousers out there, but I think a good number of people are now seeing them for who they are. Read that over 40% of the black male vote went to Trump. I think we have all, collectively, had just about enough. As the lifting of veil continues, more will see the truth.
DEI's dead. Any company that chooses to go with unmotivated and incompetent employees will lose to a company that goes with the best, brightest and most motivated.
One of the beauties of Capitalism is it allows people to work at the level they're comfortable with. A person can work above, at or below their skill levle and lead a good life. Pretending men can be women or pretenting incompetent unmotivated people can be super achievers is nuts. There isn't enough 'competence' guilt in the world to change that fact... DEI's dead.
