Provide a plan for resettlement of Gazans all around the world. No return, and travel restrictions imposed. Stable democracies throughout the world have a history of welcoming refugees enforcing religious tolerance. Remaining Gazans should not be sent to neighboring countries that exploited and weaponized them.
In the resettlement process, they can group themselves into kinship and community blocs, which can be aggregated into larger groups depending on workable arrangements of resettlement. A model that parallels college applications could be used to enable blocs of people to express relocation preferences with rank ordering of choices first, second, third, etc.

First evacuation should be women and children ONLY. Military age males should fight each other to make it to a lone pier as the IDF closes in on those in black/green.

The Oct 7 raids on Israel were very reminiscent of the historical accounts of the Comanche raids on the Spanish, the Apache and the white settlers.
In many ways, Gazans were actually more evil and sadistic to the Israelis than the Comanche were to their victims - and it is hard to imagine that such a thing could even be possible.
Pre civilizational is a perfect description of the Comanche and I think one can make a strong argument that the Hamas and many in the Gaza are living in a violent post civilizational criminal society.

I’ve been to the Gaza Envelope, and saw and heard stories directly from people involved. Those murderous rapist savages have not yet been dealt with as harshly as they deserve.
