Congressional appropriations bills give the executive a lot of latitude.

The President’s people have read the bills.

The Democrat hyenas have not.

If there are two things we learned in the 2020 elections is , the Constitution is allowed to be overlooked and courts seem to have no standing on a great many issues. Precedents are annoying….
