And back that thing up with another USB hard drive from time to time and store it in a different place.
She’s a gold mentalist of idiocy.
BTTT!!!

“Under no circumstances ever store ANYTHING in the cloud, for you have no constitutional rights, and they can claim whatever they desire.”
Which they’ve been doing with your cell phone for years.
I want to find a way to be able to access, and work on, the same document no matter which PC I’m using. I know that can be done via Drive, but I won’t do a cloud. 🫤
With the cloud, you can’t transfer data on Sunny days. Sorry, that’s just how it works.
if you dont hold it, you dont own it
At a man-on-the-street interview, the interviewer asked some woman if she thought bad weather affected the cloud. She said yes.
Get a home NAS device. That will allow you to store your docs on a drive that is accessible by your whole network, if you so choose, and it’s still private to you.
Cloud: “We own your data. You do not.”
Wow! They still sell them!
THANK YOU! I will definitely look in to that.
King Starmer is a complete idiot, my Golden Retriever has more brains and is better looking.
I heard a rumor a while back that FR has been moved to the cloud. I don’t know if that is true or not.
Did the UK learn nothing from the American Revolutionary War?
Never use the cloud.
I don’t even use software that requires an internet connection and a subscription. My smart phone stays off unless it’s needed for something the flip phone can’t do.
My printer is an antique already because I’m just that paranoid. :D (Seriously, why does a printer require an internet connection?)
I'm a packrat for those things. I also keep laptops that have no connectivity whatsoever. I'm not that nutty about anything else (far as I know...)
Are you paying for two lines?
