Nope. When your elevator will not handle the weight it needs to be replaced not have a sign that says “because we need the money to buy lap dances at the nudie bar do not try to transport need medical supplies on this elevator”.

Maybe it’s time to change elevator companies. More than likely, other elevator companies already refuse to go near it.

so the local inspections are run by
entrenched democrat party unions.

You’d think they would like to keep
their party members safe and sound.

Not if it means giving up kickbacks!
They know their union members will vote for them no matter how dangerous it is. They just blame “the man”!

I imagine this cost you a lot of money.
So yes, what changed. And can you get your money back. Might be worth pursuing.

Instead of funding trans comic books in Peru, maybe that money would have been better spent on fixing the elevators for our veterans.

I think it gets a little worse as I age.

That’s why my dad joined the navy in 1944 then, thankfully, the war ended.
Was the food good on board?

Submariners got the best, never served on a surface ship so that’s just what I heard. We ate pretty good. Once had a surface cook come on board and he cooked crappy,... he almost got his ass kicked. Food was about the only pleasure we had down there!
