I noticed that in Europe, only the American tourists pay to use the public restrooms. The locals just piss on the outside of the building.
The funny thing is that there is usually a woman at a table in the public restroom collecting the fee, and watching all the men piss. Some of the men can’t piss when a woman is watching them. It is hilarious.
I took a picture at a train station in Berlin that was really funny as five guys, all in full Elvis costume, were lined up pissing on the outside wall of the train station.

Well, that’s one way to get your picture in the virtual paper

As you can see from some of the posted pictures, they have made some effort so that this isnt true anymore but, in most countries over there a couple of decades back it was just a matter of making sure you werent exposing yourself and fire at will.

I believe “gravity” is the root cause of his death.

The brits must have some very, very different regulations/rules for working on hydraulic machinery.

The drunk london women who go out in packs can even use them. If they cant find a alley wall or cant squat without falling over.

Like a lockout or a mechanical stop
I am in total agreement with you. I used to work on elevator systems in the USAF, and there were multiple locking points to make sure the heavy object above you did not decide to come down. SOme were just like the ejection safety pins on naval aircraft. I always thought that the Otis style elevators had the same thing.
