We are as yet in the early infancy of exploration of the universe. Trillions of galaxies each containing hundreds of billions of stars...we haven’t even studied, in depth, a tiny percentage of those. We don’t yet even know what we don’t know. Grand prognostications of how it all works are fruitless.

One sextillion is a million times more than one quadrillion.
If I remember correctly, the earth is estimated to weigh 6 sextillion tons. But if you convert that to pounds, it would be 12 septillion pounds. Or 196 septillion ounces.
