Putin is talking about Internews. A USAID recipient of taxpayer dollars that pumps a half billion dollars into fake news outlets around the world.

So USAID (aka CIA) is using our tax dollars to pay foreign news outlets to preach propaganda.

When Putin said the “little grey men” actually run the US and that all the media in Europe can be traced back to US owners/financers and when he said the NGOs were used to gain political influence and launch color revolutions.......he was 100% correct about all of that.
Hate him all you want. He knew just how corrupt the Deep State was and how much influence/control it had years and years ago.

Such a relief to be red pilled by freedom-loving Putin, whose nation of course has always supported the sovereignty and independence of other nations, and never spent a dime on regime-toppling, media propaganda, or bizarre adventures such as inventing non-existent Arab ethnicities out of whole cloth to sow discord with their enemies.
