Her actions can be classified as a mentally deranged behavior which should exclude her from office! On the bright side she will not have new children which she subjects to extreme, permanent actions which are life changing. I also wonder if there was a medical condition which the procedure was required and she is just using the result of a medical treatment to make a political statement. If so, another sign of her mental state which should exclude her from office.
