There are times when I’m too precise for my own good. I have learned that being a perfectionist can be a problem. When we moved to Indiana, it was on a tight time-table, so I didn’t have the luxury of having things done the way I liked. I learned that “good enough” was very helpful in getting the job done, and the rest could be sorted out later.

Truthfully, while I enjoy being right most of the time, I don’t like to be right ALL of the time. It’s too exhausting and people resent you if you’re right “too” much. So I find it helpful for matrimonial longevity to be wrong sometimes, and point it out every time Mr. FF is right. Positive reinforcement works wonders.

“Positive reinforcement works wonders.”

In my puppy-centric life, couple that with a pocket full of Milk Bones and you can work wonders! ;)
