Our local Ford dealer has a bunch of these on the lot.
They can’t sell them..............
I rented one a few months ago on a business trip. It couldn’t “talk” to the charger at the dealer to charge when I tried that as a test. Not good. Fortunately, I could turn it in at above 70% charge without getting $$$ charged and I didn’t have it that long. The only thing that made it look like a Mustang was the horsey on the back and the front, that’s it. The hatchback makes it look even less like a Mustang. A big modern Pinto.
Really? Because they sold much better than non-electric Ford Mustangs. Maybe he thought they looked so cool that they’d attract people into his showrooms.
Best-selling cars and SUVs in America:
1. Toyota RAV-4, three-quarters of which are hybrids.
2. Tesla Y, of course all-electric.
3. Honda CR-V, mostly hybrids.
4. Toyota Camry, 100% hybrid in 2025 model year. Sales include 2024 model year.
That POS car with the Mustang logo offends me. They should be ashamed of themselves.
