House Bill 5164 would remove restrictions on illegal immigrants wishing to change their names. It passed both houses of Illinois Congress earlier this month and was sent to Pritzker’s desk last week.
The legislation would also protect criminal offenders and ensure that “filing fees for a petition for change name may not exceed $25.” it would also allow the court to waive the filing fee "for good cause shown."
This is not the first time Illinois Democrats have attempted to undermine President Donald Trump’s attempt to bring law and order back into the United States. State lawmakers have also blocked Chicago police from collaborating with federal authorities to deport illegal immigrants involved in drug trafficking, gang activity, prostitution, human trafficking, or child sex crimes.

The first time an illegal is on the ICE list who changed his name, the DOJ should arrest the clerk, her supervisor, and Pritzker for aiding and abetting.

And by the way, are there any documented occasions where JB Pritzker and his cousin Jennifer were seen in the same room at the same time, or have they always had some kind of Bruce Wayne / Batman coincidence going on?

the politicians who sign it should serve the time,
themselves;
and lose their assets and pensions to the victims
of the illegals.
Illegals have unverifiable names, already, and will have yet another name, now official, but made up.
Exactly! Imagine being stupid enough that the only government documentation that exists of you is this name change.
Also, what makes Illinois think that withholding this documentation from ICE would NOT be a direct confrontation of Federal mandates? You can get away with saying, “I don’t know” but this will be like refusing a search warrant.

Similarly, the court may instruct you that the crime of accessory after the fact requires proving that:
The accused knew that a person committed a crime; and
The accused assisted that person with the specific purpose or design to hinder or prevent that person’s apprehension, trial, or punishment
They are here illegally, so how hard is it to assume a new name?
This is no big deal. Most use false names already.
