If you are unfamiliar with yoyos they are made out of a circle of fabric, usually 3" in diameter. They became very popular in the 30's and 40's. Mom made dresser scarves, dolls, many things out of them. I have too including a really nice lined purse with purchased floral fabric.

Either my mom or my Grandma made a jingle bell Jack doll for my older sister out of those. Those were the arms and legs with jingle bells for the hands and feet. I bet she still has that doll.
