State Department scrambles to secure Ukraine aid amid freeze

American officials at the State Department are striving to maintain aid to Ukraine despite the announcement of a freeze on foreign aid by the new Secretary of State, reports the "Financial Times." It remains unclear what impact this decision will have.

High-ranking diplomats in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs have appealed to Secretary of State Marco Rubio to exclude support for Ukraine from the memorandum suspending foreign aid for 90 days, issued by him on Friday. Rubio has already made exceptions for Israel and Egypt, as well as emergency food programs, but Ukraine was not included.

The Ukrainian edition of Voice of America reported that the FMF program is subject to suspension, but the main military support channels, such as the Presidential Drawdown Authority (transfer of equipment from U.S. resources) and the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (purchase of equipment for Ukraine from arms manufacturers), have not been affected.

As usual, the article cites Zelensky, globalist Financial Times, and the Ukrainian VOA all of whom claim military aid is not interrupted. But direct US government sources indicate military aid to Ukraine is interrupted.

The US is the bulk of overall funding to Ukraine - I saw reporting saying that in early January, European nations were scrambling to provide additional support, as if they knew Trump would frown on current funding levels to Ukraine.

Given the Ukraine was the focus of Globalist efforts to force regime change in Russia in order to take control of Russia's nuclear arsenal, I wonder if the State Department's partnering with GoFundMe to supply futher funds to Ukraine is actually funneling money through individual puppet donors (employees etc.) The following text is Biden era but still on the State website:

The United States is the largest single-country donor of humanitarian assistance to Ukraine. Individuals seeking to leave Ukraine can find information from UNHCR on where to go for help.   The State Department has partnered with GoFundMe.org to address the humanitarian needs of the people affected by Russia’s attack against Ukraine.

When anyone reads ‘State Department’ it needs to translate to ‘CIA’.

CIA must be destroyed and replaced.

More people to go on leave, go under investigation, or be fired. How many of these were getting kickbacks from Ukraine?

Period.

The eurotards were happy taking advantage of the US.
We paid the bulk of Nato, the UN, and the usury of Ukraine.
WE funded pensions and border security for Ukraine while veterans were shafted and our own border was ignored.

If this article is more than 12 hours old, it’s already be superseded by Rubio sending 58 or so top-level State Department types to the Rubber Room, so they’re now NPCs on Ukraine and everything else.

OUTSTANDING MOVE!

Non-Participating Character. Something that your grandchildren would know! (I had to look it up)
