They are reaching. Investigative genealogy has been court approved in many previous cases around the country.
They’re doing what defense attorneys do......exhaust all avenues to get the case thrown out before AND during thectrial.......to me defense attorneys can pull some really dirty stuff to get their clients off, but like it or not this here IS what they are getting paid for.
