guess which pie went first?
I know it wasn’t ‘mince’.
Pecan most likely disappeared. It would have here in The South................
LOL, my family loves mince - my grandmother used to make it with real meat - she was from Virginia and I know it is popular in the South.
Pecan is SO sweet, not that we don’t love it here in So Cal, we do. We also like a good Chess Pie.
The chocolate went first, I was surprised as people pounced on it.
I’ve never had pecan pie. Every time I see it looked like a layer of goo covered with with pecans on top.
Is that how it’s supposed to be?
