President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary on Wednesday, Jan. 22.
The couple tied the knot in 2005 at the Episcopal Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea, then celebrated with a reception at Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Fla. The nuptials were attended by 350 guests.
Their New York-based wedding planner, Preston Bailey, recently told Women's Wear Daily that one of the most ironic guests was his 2016 Democratic presidential opponent Hillary Clinton. Her husband, Bill Clinton, was also in attendance.
Bailey — who also orchestrated Ivanka Trump's 2009 wedding to Jared Kushner, as well as Eric Trump's 2014 wedding to Lara Trump — never imagined the Trumps’ trajectory would take them to the White House. "Not in a million years," he said.
Other notable figures in the star-studded crowd included: Barbara Walters, Les Moonves, Julie Chen Moonves, Tina Brown, Harold Evans, Katie Couric, Matt Lauer, Chris Matthews, Stone Phillips, Deborah Norville, Kelly Ripa, Cindy Adams and Gayle King.

A wonderful marriage.
I actually attended that beautiful little church when I lived in Florida. Great minister and even better location. Very few churches feel holy to me, but that one did.
Good going, the right woman makes all the difference.
35 years for us
Had some false starts and wasted time getting there
One of my neighbors, an elderly, hard core MAGA lady, told me Trump gave Melania a new diamond ring worth $1.5 million. She is an elderly lady and gets mixed up so this might not be accurate.
When I first saw her my first thought was “Dejah Thoris!” One of Frazettas women, out of the cover of a Burroughs novel. The cheekbones I guess.
January 23rd ???
I also have an anniversary today
I’ve been an American citizen for 50 years today
January 23, 1975 at the Portland, OR Federal Courthouse
We were stationed at Kingsley Field, OR and had trouble getting there because of the snow
I wore my uniform and cried all day in awe of the experience
The weather at present reminds me of that week
