Yep, the Sinkmeister donated his used skivvies, complete with skid marks, for a tax deduction of $2 each.

Not that it isn’t thoughtful of her, but how many people are her size? Wouldn’t money to purchase a wider variety of sizes make more sense?

She likely did it so she could deduct as donation on taxes, as she buys herself all new clothes.

If she truly wanted to help people she would take THEM shopping for what they need. Many who lost everything are men or children, not just women.

A friend of mine lives near ground zero. He’s been organizing relief efforts through his church. He told me over the weekend that clothing is the absolute last thing they need. They are inundated with clothes, most of which are just being sent overseas because there’s no real need. When people don’t have shelter, they have no need or way to use excess clothing.

She's 58 and has aged well, but I suspect she's not as pretty she was in person, which is okay.

I see this as at least a conversation piece for the victims, and an ebay sale for many of them.
