I doubt Trump was ever planning on investigating or indicting Biden and his family. I know people may have wanted him to do it, but from what Trump said in the past about investigating Hillary, I doubt he would.

I watched Cuomo for awhile. He is a classic liberal, all conflicted and ambivalent, sees himself as a virtuous guardian of the public good, has only the best intentions, wants to save the world. He claims to be nonpartisan but just can’t keep up the charade. Once Trump won the election, he reverted to type, being a run-of-the-mill democrat shill. Don’t watch much anymore..

Biden issued preemptive pardons for his brothers Frank and James, James’ wife Sara Biden, his sister Valerie Owens and her husband, John Owens in one of his final acts as president on Monday.

Joe Biden issued the following statement about the pardons:

“The issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken as an acknowledgment that any individual engaged in any wrongdoing, nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense...”

Biden's own statement should be used to challenge the validity of these pardons to the Supreme Court.

Article II Section 2

he shall have Power to Grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.

Biden states that there was no wrongdoing by the recipients of his pardon. If there was no wrongdoing, then there was no offence against the United States.

If there was no offence against the United States, then there can be no pardon.

These pardons are invalid based on Biden's own words when he issued them and must be rejected as an unconstitutional use of the pardon power.

Not only should the DOJ investigate the Biden family, they should ignore all the other pardons and begin criminal prosecutions today.
