Well, that was cold.
Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) arrived at the Capitol for President-elect Donald Trump’s Inauguration in a black hoodie, gray gym shorts and sneakers — staying true to his traditional fashion style, despite the freezing temp outside.
Everyone else was seen wearing formal attire.
Temperatures in the nation’s capital hovered around 20 degrees with a wind chill in the teens, as the senator entered the Capitol. Washington, DC, declared a cold weather emergency ahead of Inauguration Day and the swearing-in ceremony was moved indoors due to the potentially-dangerous weather.
But that didn’t deter Fetterman, 55 — who has long had a penchant for strutting through the Capitol, black tie dinners and other formal public settings in a hoodie and shorts — from sticking to his signature look.
He also didn’t appear to mind the cold as he powered through the frigid weather and entered the legislative building.
There have been a few exceptions throughout his Senate tenure in which Fetterman has been forced to actually dress like a senator — something that is typically a suit and tie-type of situation.
For instance, when he presides over Senate proceedings, Fetterman has begrudgingly donned a snappy suit and tie in keeping with the upper chamber’s policies.

He’s a real slob, but a smart slob who often supports Trump.
Why wear a suit?
Because it shows respect for the tradition of inauguration, and for President Trump.

Well, he should be wearing a Miter as the Pope of Greenland. We should be referring to him as “His Holiness.” No need to kiss his ring.
Didn’t he wear a suit for Zelensky?
We were very fortunate to have had three Oval Office tours and wore a tie & jacket each time out of respect to the office.
Zelensky is another drama queen who doesn’t think he owes respect to anything.
Go to your local grocery store and see how many are dressed the same. Not me, I’m into layering and one is not bare skin.

Yes he is but as long as he goes with Trump on ending the invasion of America then don’t care about the rest.
Surely a suit, dress shirt, and tie wouldn’t be that much trouble.
For the record, I’ve seen a few outfits similar to his in church; I’d be embarrassed to look that way.
