We heard TWENTY MILLION about 20 years ago. They let in at least another 10 million the past four years.

I’ve heard them trot out the ridiculous 11 million number a few times lately.

Going back to the time of Ronald Reagan, my estimate is close to 70 million and that might be a conservative estimate.

Hopefully the criminal element will garner the most interest, at least in the beginning.
