There’s a great Japanese movie (written by an American), in which a Japanese high school teacher uses compressed chloroform gas in a mosquito spray container to steal a gun from a police officer and then robs the Fukushima reactor of plutonium and creates his own nuke. Then he holds up the Japanese government. It’s a ridiculously over the top movie.
