This is reported by “Galka”.

Sergeant Vitaliy Gorzhevskyi, call sign “Bart”, from the 114th Air Force Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on a critical situation that threatens the combat readiness of Ukrainian aviation. An official video message has also appeared.

“We, aviation technical personnel, have been fulfilling our mission for over ten years, servicing MiG-29 fighters. Since 2014, we have been working in the most difficult conditions, providing combat sorties and maintaining our aviation in service. We have mastered new types of aircraft provided by Western partners, and are training a new generation of pilots.”

According to the military, the unit received a telegram about the transfer of almost all technicians to the infantry, which means that the unit will be left without technical personnel who service our aircraft. Previously, 250 people were taken from the brigade, now they plan to take another 218. This means that there will be no one to service the aircraft.

Sounds bogus... You do not take highly trained aircraft techs and send them as fodder for the cannons. Even Vlad wouldn’t be that stupid.

Well, if none of the MiG-29s are flight capable, it’s normal for maintainers to be reassigned to the infantry.

Odd how NO MENTION of just how many MiG-29s could still fly.

Well, in World War II, Germany finally had to take ground forces, give them guns, and send them to the front. That’s how Pope Benedict got his job with an antiaircraft unit - he replaced a trained adult who was sent to serve as infantry.

On a side note - how many MiGs does the Ukranian air force even have left to service? It’s not like they are going to be getting new MiG 29s from Russia to replace losses. Maybe they can pick up some from India?

Ukraine’s “ Air Force” has been decimated early on by Vlad….a nonentity…on another note, what happened to all those F-16 Wonder weapons Ukraine received?

……they went the way of of all our M777’s, Strykers, M116’s, Bradleys, M1’s, Leopards, etc, etc….such a waste.

We are supporting Ukraine because if Russia wins there they will attack Poland and the US will have to send troops to die. This way, when we support Ukraine, we are saving American lives.

And yes! If Poland is attacked we will support them 100 percent.

Sorry, FRiend. I don’t buy that. Russia has been getting it’s azz handed to it. Poland would annihilate Russia, and other than nukes, Russia can’t really threaten us.

We are in Ukraine because they own the Bidens. Period.

AFAIC, Europe can piss off entirely.
