This becoming a public discussion is insane. But if we must, I’d suggest a few reasonable limits:

No children. Ok. This is a 19-year-old.

No tax dollars. Did this disabled person have some source of income enabling “him” (the “man” with “his” breasts removed) to pay for this crazy procedure.

No protection for medical professionals from civil liability. Do not make sane doctors pay higher premiums on malpractice insurance for this nonsense because then we are all subsidizing it.
