California” to a more nuanced test of “serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value.”.

When I was a kid I got busted trying to smuggle a Penthouse into the Soviet Union to sell on the black market. Took the soldiers like two minutes to find it in my heating vent. I had to sign several papers with upside down threes and backwards B’s on it. Thought I was going to the gulag for sure. Had to settle for selling my old blue jeans and an Beatles mix tape.
