What kind of person, that works in a “DEI-focused management consulting firm” feels comfortable in the public use of the phrase “dumb c–t”; almost as if he’s ‘untouchable’ or protected by a special demographic status.
Then, when the company performs an internal investigation on the incident, no information is forthcoming other than “conduct displayed was completely unacceptable and stands in direct opposition to our company values.”

I would not be surprised to find out this guy has a history of being an ass even at work, if you checked his employee file, you would likely find he’s been written up by other women for similar behavior, this time it was in public and on video and the company used it as an excuse to get rid of him.
